Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Winno marketplace app and website, operated by Agrigence. By creating an account or using Winno, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Winno.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

User content & conduct

You are responsible for the listings, photos, and messages you post and you grant Winno a license to host and display that content so the service can function. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or misrepresented;
• Prohibited (e.g. weapons, drugs, protected wildlife);
• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable; or
• Spam or infringing on others’ rights.

We review reported content and may remove content and suspend or remove users who violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

Marketplace disclaimer

Winno is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. Transactions are between users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee listed items and are not a party to any sale. Exercise normal caution when trading.

Reporting & enforcement

Use the in-app report and block tools to flag content or users. We act on reports to keep the community safe.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Winno is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrigence is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or transactions with other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
